Access to the panel

Welcome to  TNC TECH , and thank you for entrusting us with hosting your website. Before you begin, make sure you have received the following information from us:

  • Your access settings to the TNC TECH customer area. If you completed your order online, you should already have the username and password available to you. Your username is your email address, and the password is the one you chose during the ordering process.
  • Your Panel access settings. This is not the same information as for the customer area. The cPanel/Plesk connection information is automatically sent to you by email once your account is activated. To simplify your connection to the cPanel, you can also connect without having to re-identify yourself, from your VSP TECH customer area, on the page of  your active service .
    • There are several ways to connect to your Dashboard:
    • The simplest recommended way is to go through your VSP TECH customer area as follows: After connecting to your TNC TECH customer area, go to SERVICE then  MY SERVICES  Click on your active service to which you wish to access the panel   Then you leave At the very bottom you will see ACCESS TO PLESK PANEL and it will take you directly to your dashboard.   
  • If you have ordered a domain name, confirmation that your domain has been successfully registered. This confirmation is sent within 5 minutes of receipt of your payment.

Domain names take more than 24 hours to propagate across the internet. In the meantime, you will be able to use your account with the permanent address sent to you in the welcome email. If you registered your domain name with another provider, please make sure to configure your domain name to use our DNS servers before continuing. You can verify that your domain name is working by typing it directly into your browser's address bar. If you see a TNC TECH page informing you that this is a new account, you are ready to take the next step. Otherwise, your domain is probably still propagating and you need to wait a few hours. If your domain is still not active 48 hours after placing your order, please contact our  support team via ticket .
